Besides anyone who's ever worked retail knows that half of the stuff is just bullshit to get you in the door and spending on higher margin items, a lot of times its shit that people don't want to buy at average prices and so they unload it out as a "super" deal and clear out crap stock that would just be sitting around otherwise

Federal minimum wage is what, $7.25/hour these days? So sitting outside in a tent for 31 hours would equal $224.75. If you wanted to just count the 8-hour workday then that's $116. Plus there's sitting out in the cold looking like a loser asshole when you could be in the comfort of your own home eating turkey to consider.
