Inquiring minds want to know, why don't they make blueberry rum? I like the sweetness of rum, but can only find blueberry flavored deliciousness in the form of vodka.

Yeah and vodka is made from potatoes but doesnt have any of those properties. What if you mixed a little blueberry vodka with your rum? Maybe add some sugar to your blueberry vodka?

But I am 100% certain you can infuse your rum with blueberry!

you could just make your own i suppose. wouldn't it be similiar to making your own blueberry vodka?

blueberries in jar. run in jar. store in cool dark place. shake jar once a day for a long ass time. strain rum.

I had some of that blueberry "beer" they sell in food lion once and it was the worst thing I've ever drank. Had a half of a bottle and poured the rest of the 6 pack down the drain.

Wild Blue is not that awful, buncha insecure ones up in here. I mean, yea, it tastes like carbonated juice with a higher alcohol content than normal that leads one to believe it is expressly used to get freshmen girls drunk, but it's still better than the lite beer swill that too many drink.

/I buy Wild Blue for my girlfriend, or at least I did until I trained her to love Duck Rabbit.

I'm far from insecure in my drinking. I'll drink fruity girl drinks all day and make an incredible booze milkshake featuring baileys, kaluah, vanilla and/or whipped cream vokda, soco, and ice cream.

But Wild Blue is god awful.

I went by the ABC store this evening and noticed that there is an entire fucking wall of flavored vodka and a piddly 1/2 shelf of flavored rum. Gosh darnit. I'd like to have toasted marshmellow rum. I don't understand why they don't make awesome sweet flavors of rum. Why does it always have to be vodka, totally unsweet vodka.

i am a bar regular and whisky drinker, but on rare occasions i order a stoli blueberry and red bull. i call it a "secret girlfriend" b/c its sweet and girly and i dont want anyone to know.

Years ago I liked this when I had one (at the time I liked stuff like Abita Strawberry), but after that one, it turned disgusting. Now I don't even want to think about it.
