I've seen men pass out waiting in line for fast food twice now. One of them had a diabetic seizure. I think it happens all the time. They feel their blood sugar dropping and need to eat, but can't order in time.

I felt very helpless though, I had no idea how to help him other than protecting his head from the concrete.
