Wouldn't it be easier to just chew it up and spit it out, rather than having to yak it back up?

then you feel satiation

and finally you feel shame

I think that having food in the stomach tricks their body into not feeling hunger

you've got a person with an eating disorder. and are expecting them to act rationally...

The reason Duke, is because after you eat all the food you don't puke it up immediately. You puke it up a little bit later after the feeling of being full has already set in.

i feel hunger

then satiation

then desire for moar

so i eat moar

and i am ashamed

but am too lazy to get up and puke, so i continue eating my shame
