2 story, nice house. Room mate got a job out in Colorado. He moves out this week, rent is paid through December, so you can move in as soon as you want. rent is $350/ month utilities are ~ $60- $80 a month. Nice room, big enough for a queen bed, desk, and dresser.. sorry I don't know the dimensions. Shared bathroom. The room mate you would share it with is a male (he has a gf as well who stays the night sometimes), he is very quiet and respectful, and very clean, and drinks on occasion (but I have yet to see him drunk)

Off of lineberry Rd (3-4 miles from NCSU), right off of I40 (gorman exit)

the people who already live here are:
420 friendly (not all of us smoke, but you will need to be tolerant of low key activities), clean, nerds (have a huge 50 something " tv, PS3, XBOX360, Wii, and other random shit), we are not a party house at all, very low key, we have a rescue dog that requires your patience at first (she is pretty rowdy)

well, he is moving out... so not him anymore. Yard is like 1/3 of an acre, but we are right next to this vacant lot that has nothing on it and is not mowed by us!
