What an interesting story. Killing virginal girls for their blood, consorting with witches, having lesbian affairs, creating a finishing school for upper class virgins to then kill, and killing the women from her own gynaeceum. I have no clue if all of this is true and if it is, IT'S INSANE!

It's unusual for women to be really violent killers, I guess because girls are supposed to be soft or something. I think it's probably been blown out of proportion through time but I don't doubt that she was one crazy, twisted lady.
