options they gave to me:

get prescription sensitive toothpaste to use and rub it on teeth and gums before bed, also

or

get trays for your teeth made at the dentist, then use them with flouride they provide for ~5 mins per day

or

surgery to repair receding gumline

sensodyne also the 'arm and hammer' toothpaste that "strengthens enamel" are little bit pricey, but made a difference for me.

Sensodyne, Crest Sensitivity and Colgate Sensitive don't do jack for me. The dentist-prescribed stuff kind of helps. The Arm & Hammer Sensitive kind helped me the most, but I can't find it anywhere.

^if you can't find it the enamel one helps me, or you can add baking soda to your brush after you use toothpaste if you are in a bind. I also think you can buy it online in bulk

I should buy it online. I will have to remember to do that. I usually wait till I pretty much run out of toothpaste then buy more.
