I need between 20-50' of 10/4 wire rated for 600v/25a for a house project. I'll take larger if you have it (8 gauge, 6 gauge).

I can also use 10/3 wire as well.

Are you looking for NM (romex), UFC, or MC cable, or does it matter? You should be able to find 25' or 50' coils of 10/3 NM-B (600V/30A) at Lowe's or Home Depot.

I'm not sure about a metallic sheathed cable like MC though, I think Lowe's/HD only go up to 12 gauge . I'm guessing you're trying to save some money and get some wire on the cheap; I'm not trying to be a smart ass, just trying to help.
