1995 Ford Thunderbird LX
4.6L SOHC V8 Engine
Automatic Transmission
157,000 Miles
AM/FM/CD player
Power Locks, Windows, Steering, Breaks
Driver and passenger air bags
Compact Spare Tire

This is a reliable car, that would be great basic transportation. But I'll be honest here. This is a 17 year old car that, cosmetically, is every one of those 17 years old.
The good:
-Powerful engine that mechanically is still in great shape. Still pulls strong and still starts every time
-Lots of new suspension parts replaced in the last 10k miles. New front strut assemblies, upper control arms and sway bar links. New rear shocks
-Aftermarket 3way Pioneer speakers that still sound great
-Bridgestone Potenza touring tires in great shape. Probably another 30-40k miles left on them.

The not so good:
Passenger side power window doesn't work. The motor works, but the gears are stripped.
There is a shudder in the transmission that occurs sometimes between 3rd and 4th gear up shifts. Its been diagnosed professionally, and isnt something that needs immediate replacement, but I figured I would mention it.
Upholstery on the ceiling is beginning to fray. This isn't unusual for a 17yr old car.
Rear passenger quarter panel body damage from an accident that insurance companies couldn't agree on, and i didn't want to pay out of pocket to fix. Has no affect on reliability. Just a cosmetic thing.

Honestly speaking, this car wont win beauty contests, but if you need good, reliable transportation, this is a fine car at a good price.

Asking $1000, or best offer.
