But the only thing I hate about Wells Fargo is that they're so fucking nice. I'm still never going to bank with them but I have unresolved student loan business from Wachovia so I have to deal with them.

I had zero problems in 11 years with Wachovia (only 8 as my main bank though), yet I had a laundry list of problems in the first couple months with Wells Fargo. The worst part is that they couldn't even close my accounts right
