I have mine sitting on a shelf, but it has a bracket on the back for hanging on the wall too. It isn't very big, 16.5" tall and 9.5" wide.

The top and base are 14" wide, it stands just shy of 6' tall (70 inches), and right now there is just a regular 50watt bulb in it.
