This might be the worst idea ever, who knows. But if you need motivation, post here, and then motivate the user above you, who needed motivation as well.

for example: user 1- need motivation making my bed

user 2- ^you should make your bed because it makes your room look nicer...i need motivation changing my oil

i need motivation doing laundry and making my bed

ok i got this. basically anytime someone posts that they need motivating, post that you need motivating too and say like hey lets motivate each other to do our respective tasks
