My 416 group uses dropbox for file sharing, works great. We sometimes stick in random .txt files as a shout out to someone or even name the files accordingly. We know they'll see it update if we're all working on something at home.
Example:
bob read this.txt ok im gonna print soon.txt

4.5GB for beta testing their camera import feature. I just stuck a bunch of photos and videos on an SDCard and made copies. Seems to be working.
