^^ Someone identified him buying gas between his hotel and Raleigh during the time he was supposedly asleep at the hotel. Sometimes witnesses make mistakes but couple that with all the other evidence and it is pretty damning.

Read up on that witness (and the comments on it in the trial thread). She's not a credible witness, and she identified the person who came in and yelled at her as being "about the same height" as she was, and very little hair. She's one of the reasons I don't believe the prosecution's case.
