I think it might be my computer, but whenever I get the flood control thingy, for some reason my posts appear twice, is there a way to avoid this?

Flood control prevents you from creating a triple or quadrupal or more post. It is not responsible for your double post.

serious hint: if you're double-clicking the button, don't....it may double-post it if you do that

otherwise, just wait for the forum to load back up
