Sailors, correct me if I'm wrong, but
I would expect outside of some wrong wave there aren't any naturally occurring that would sink that ship at the 3 min mark so long as they were taking it head on. Notice that the period of the waves are spaced far enough apart such that the boat can begin heading up the face of the next wave. You're not going to find massive waves spaced closely enough to inundate that boat. Now, if the captain fucked up and got it cocked in sideways and was taking those waves anywhere but the bow then I'd think it would stand a decent chance of getting rolled. 2/13/2012 8:01:33 PM

^ That's correct for the most part.
We were shown the video during coast guard training. Our 47' motor life boats are actually designed to roll all the way over without flooding or sinking. Hopefully the crew can hold their breath long enough

The continent of Atlantis was an island which lay before the great flood in the area we now call the Atlantic Ocean. So great an area of land, that from her western shores those beautiful sailors journeyed to the South and the North Americas with ease in their ships with painted sails. To the east, Africa was a neighbor, across a short strait of sea miles.
The great Egyptian age is but a remnant of the Atlantian culture. The antediluvian kings colonized the world; all the Gods who play in the mythological dramas in all legends from all lands were from fair Atlantis.
Knowing her fate, Atlantis sent out ships to all corners of the Earth. On board were the Twelve: The poet, the physician, the farmer, the scientist, the magician, and the other so-called Gods of our legends, though Gods they were. And as the elders of our time choose to remain blind, Let us rejoice and let us sing and dance and ring in the new . . . 2/13/2012 11:59:40 PM
