This is a newer artist I have kind of been digging lately. Popcaan (or Popcorn in American). He is more pop than dancehall, but I kinda dig it.

Etana is like the Adele of Reggae. I like her, when I am in the "smoked out and just want to chill" mood.

Quaye is a tough one to place in a genre. Reggae Rock? Borderline Roots Reggae, but a little too electronic for that
