I've been a fan for a long time, but within the past few years I heard Vicious Delicious and it hooked me. I love that they actually shred out on guitar in that album.

The more I listen to this album, the better it gets.

It's much less 'noisy' than their last two albums, and it has more 'classic' IM elements in it as well.

i never said their music wasn't good. i've never listened to it.

but you said they're respected musicians (so is steve vai, who's fucking terrible)

and they have a passionate following (so do one direction, who are fucking terrible)

my point is simply this:

based on their name and the face they put forward, if someone said, "you can listen to this, but you have to listen to the whole thing, or you can't listen to it all"

i'd just pass

FWIW the show was fucking incredible. Any of you that has a chance to catch their latest tour should definitely see them- the visual emulator adds a whole other dimension to the experience.

it's not my favorite, but a lot of people like it

i've never been the biggest fan of their rock ensemble, but it works out decently in concert sometimes. always liked their psytrance tracks though
