Summary:

1) Father watched over a fist fight between his own son and another 16 year old kid.
2) Other kid won, the son lost.
3) Winner was "all adrenaline-d up" in his own words, and challenged the father, standing chest to chest with him.
4) Father pushed him away but teen started fight.
5) Father pushed teen to ground.
6) And beat his face, splitting his eyebrows, pushing his teeth back, and even pushing his teeth through his lip.
7) Faces up to 57 years jail, but minimum 10 years.

Kid had it coming, but seriously... the father should have just went with a choke hold to put him to sleep. It only takes like 10lbs of force in the proper location near the throat; hold it for about 4-6 seconds and anyone will go down without a fight.

Agreed. In the video the guy keeps beating the kid after he's down, he really did earn some jail time. The guy outright fainted after the guilty verdict, I'd say he's going to get to see the other side of the fight in jail.

I agree with most in this thread. 10+ yrs is way too excessive especially since the damn kid walked away. The kick in the face was over the top for sure. Dude deserves like 6 months and a bunch of community service. He'll probably gets his ass beat much worse when he is in prison especially when the other inmates find out he beat up a 16 yr old.
