Normally my wife and I cook something new on Saturday nights but we were both so beat we decided to go out. I always drive, nothing wrong with that its just how it is, but when I went to grab my keys they weren't in the normal spot. I looked all over for them, found them, and we headed to the car. When we got to my car, a very dark sedan, my wife said she felt like driving her car, a white sedan. We get in and her and drive to the first stop light and wait for it to turn green. My wife and I have a bad habit of messing with our smart phones when in the car but in a hurry to get out I forgot my phone. The light turned green and we proceeded to cross the street to turn left but then something caught my attention. A suburban was flying down the street,~60mph, and showed no signs of stopping. I yelled to my wife to stop, which she did, and at that moment the suburban soared past us, still speeding to make the subsequent light.

We were okay but then I started thinking about how we ended up there. Had we cooked or my keys been in the normal spot we wouldn't have experienced this near miss. Had I taken my car my wife surely would have been on her phone rather than noticing the car. Had I brought my phone with me I would have been online bitching about the Duke game. Had we been hit in either car the passenger would have sustained serious injuries and in my matchbox likely death.

It really puts in perspective how little control you have over anything. We just turned around and came home. Just engulfed into a complete state of shock.

So, your wife was going to turn left on green and was not going to yield to oncoming traffic (I'm going to assume you didn't have a green arrow, but rather a green light, meaning you can turn left, but must yield to oncoming traffic).

While the suburban may have been speeding, your wife still should have yielded. In the last two weeks I've had two dumb bitches make me slam on my brakes because I had the green light and they were making a left hand turn and either didn't care about the fucking traffic laws or they don't know it.

Then to make matters worse, your dumb whore of a wife was on the fucking cell phone probably tweeting her little twit of a head off going "LOL, gon get sum food. LOL!," like anyone gives a fuck.

To clear up a few things, my wife wasn't on the phone while driving. My point was that had I driven, my wife would have been on the phone...for those of you who can't figure it out that would make her a passenger.

To give a more clear description of the turn, we were at a T intersection, meaning that there was no point of travel in front of us and a only a street that went perpendicular to us. The other person came from the right and RAN A FUCKING RED LIGHT while we had a green light, which would constitute us undeniably and unquestionably having the right of way.

While I may have had some typos (in shock a bit) at least I can fucking read, unlike the following:
