My dad needs a new phone after frying his last one. He's on verizon and doesn't need anything special at all, just something very basic(flip phone) maybe with a camera. Since he's not updating his contract or whatever even the basic ones are a bit expensive.

tl;dr: Where's the best place to buy phones online? And would I be looking for unlocked or just verizon phones? Thanks for any help

When you find a phone you're interested in purchasing, you want to make sure it has a clean esn. If the new phone has been reported lost or stolen, then you won't be able to activate it.

they are used (refurbished) but I could barely tell when they were sent to me...and I think they have a warranty
