In addition to Chenault and Desrosiers, Fields is also leaving Wake. There's rumors McKie might be leaving soon. If McKie returns, he'll be one of only 4 sholarship players returning, with 6 freshman coming in. They might really suck next year.

my guess behind the reasoning for the acc ban is that he doesnt want to play this kid sometime over the next 3-4 years. wisconsin is forced to play an acc team every year not of his choosing

The kid said the ACC was added to the list of schools they wouldn't release him to only after Tony Bennett contacted Wisconsin about him.

As i understand it... there's always stipulations to releases from LOIs. a transfer could even be refused, if the staff wanted to be total dicks. the ncaa would probably overturn it, but i have no idea (and don't really care right now) how that process works.
