Kind of a strange timeline, but we finally sold our house and close in May. We're looking at apartments in the $600-$700 range to bank up some money while our new home is under construction. It is scheduled to be completed in mid-October. We'll continue our search through Raleigh & Cary, but thought there might be a T-dubber or two who would like some guaranteed rental income without dealing with questionable tenants.

If anyone has a home / apartment they want to rent to someone without any rental problems, please let me know. It would be my wife and I, our 7 month old and a very well-trained shih-tzu who doesn't shed or mess anything up.

Due to the crazy timeline, we'd even be willing to pay for all months up front if it was a good arrangement.
