I have a room for rent starting in June at my new townhouse off of Davis Drive (exit 280 off of 40). Prefer a female roommate with no pets (small dog might be okay). Cary address but right on the borderline of Morrisville and Durham.

$500/month. Flexible on the terms of the lease. Just asking for a 200$ deposit (non-refundable) since it is brand new. Monthly rent includes all utilities and you get a spot in the garage as well.

1818 square ft, hardwoods all downstairs, washer/dryer, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, security system, wireless internet, cable. Spare bedroom won't have furniture included. You'll have your own bathroom as well and a decent size closet. I also have another open closet in my office if needed.

I have a small dog so gotta be a dog lover. Just looking for someone to pay the rent on time and help keep things clean. Message me if you're interested.
