Someone who obviously knows nothing about kayaking, has never been kayaking but goes and buys something just because its on sale and seems like a cool thing to buy.

Any real person would go kayaking with rental equipment and lessons or with a friend at least at a place that provides kayaks before investing in one...unless of course they have too much money and go around buying stuff just because its on sale.
