Furthermore, inclusion of said organic capsaicin compound(s) shall be mandatory, and the swine the aforementioned sauce is applied to shall only be cooked by means of the particulates and gases emitted by the combustion of deciduous plant species, to wit: oak, pecan, and in some cases, hickory, cherry, maple, and similar, and to include blends thereof.
