Captain Crunch is the worst "kids" cereal I ever ate as a kid. (and adult)

I used to LOVE cinnamon toast crunch in my single digits... then I graduated to Golden Grahams in my teens and 20's. Now that i'm in my 30's, i only eat cereal with lots of protein and fiber to stay regular
