It is beautiful here in Corpus Christi, too! I wish there was an Umstead-esque trail/park system here. I'd love to go for a nice long run and then a nice long hike and picnic lunch with Skwinkle.

that's why we've spent the day planting flowers and bushes, mulching, and general landscaping...and replacing the storm door with a nicer one

would have been the perfect time to reframe the front door altogether (it's an old house and settling has left it a bit crooked), but i didn't feel motivated to get that done
