is a little pricey but sooo dope. It's very legitimate Creole as he used to have a restaurant in New Orleans but was displaced following the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. I work right next door to his restaurant and sometimes Battistella comes in with free snacks for us

If you ever get a chance to try the pulled pork 'po boy marinated in his secret recipe sauce, it will be one of the best sandwiches you ever ate.

actually, if I were going to rep an Italian joint in Durham it would be Pops. But Bocci is a nice family owned place to avoid the shitty mall chains. There is also Pulcinella's nearby, although that's not my personal favorite, some people love it.

Margeaux is always good. Sitti is amazing like mentioned above. Tasca Brava is really good if you like authentic Spanish (and it's very romantic). Midtown Grill (in North Hills) is AMAZING!!!
