When one takes an oath and breaks it, one deserves to be punished.
And yet he and the others are not....
Justice is dead. This lingering thing that has replaced justice is a sad decrepit excuse for a fair and balanced judicial system. Hands down, our American way has become something atrocious. The lot of you say "well, as long as it doesn't affect me...." as if that's an amiable way to deal with a problem in your own government.
With ostrich-like tendencies such as this, it's no wonder people can't see what's right in front of them, threatening their very freedoms to live as Americans. WE are viewed as subordinates and people to be patrolled and observed and judged closely; however, that hand has gotten mighty greedy and somehow stagnate with its own lack of discipline. The ability to judge and fabricate has been left largely unchallenged while the congress of this nation gives even more power to those that police us.
What you call modern police work I call a civil plight, a horrendous bully, and a flat out debacle of modern judicial servitude. But since it doesn't affect you, don't bother attempting to see the truth in these words. No one else seems to care.... It seems ostrich-isms are favorable to standing up for the self and others in the face of tyranny.
Well I got news for the world following me and my struggles against stealing, lying, cheating, and what now seems to be evidence-planting cops: much how drugs and alcohol become addicting to some, power, persecution, and corruption breed quickly when left unchecked. I may be one of the first in this city that takes the fall from such less than admirable behaviors; however, I know that I will not be the last. With that dismal likelihood set in, however, your stealing, cheating and lying WILL catch up with you. That paper trail will lead you to the bench eventually. And that is my optimism and my fight taken right to the corrupt doorstep. You can fabricate all the evidence you want. You can lie to judges and prosecutors and get that Cop of the Year award. You can fool everyone around you into thinking your some stand-up "Big Brother."
And for all your hard efforts in creating a persona that pales in comparison to real men you are, all the harder for you to fall when the cards do come crumbling down you thieving hell-spawns. You hide behind your gun, badge, and authority while committing crimes weekly, some of you daily. And you demand respect?
There will be a day of reckoning my blue light nemeses. There will be a day when your life is sprawled out in front of a district attorney, a judge, or perhaps the Georgia Bureau of Investigations. And on that day, I can only hope to see your faces in the tabloid Just Busted, or plastered all over the news for the crimes you've committed.
Justice? Ha! I fear not in my lifetime, but for the little ones that are growing up and looking to become upright citizens. They will not wish to be policemen and law enforcement officers when the law is comprised of villains. No. Rather, these kids will look to become patriots and freedom fighters. The more tyranny and falsehood you submerse yourselves in, the more you rift from society and their support.
All I have to do is tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. Eventually, someone worth listening will hear my cries for justice and need for your removal. Someone will see that I am not lying, a danger, nor a threat to the people. Someone worth listening will see these words and begin to truly ponder and investigate the validity of such accusations. Maybe, in this generation or the next, your Absolute Power will be stripped from you, just how my money and freedoms were stripped from me due to your misconduct.
I would ask who among you will stand up and fight this disease with me, but this is nothing that affects you... not yet at least, other than reading and hearing your friend's cries for REAL justice. It affects me. It destroys me. It consumes me. There is no other mission right now except to bring to light what has been done to me unjustly by the police.
So, City of Woodstock Police Department: let's see what kind of lies and falsehood you can candor up next. Let us see your true nature of thievery and deceit. The crimes I've committed I have been paying for and will likely continue to pay for. But your crimes are only beginning to come to light. If not in my generation, in the subsequent, someone educated like me but less of a legal pitfall will take your power like you deserve.
You are thieves, you are liars, and you are dishonest men. You shame the name "Policeman" everyday you put that badge on and call yourself a hero. Every drunk's pockets you empty; every piece of evidence you falsify; every document you add additional statements of falsehood to will be held against you at some point. Every criminal gets greedy and gets caught. I pray on what God there may be that he takes no mercy on your souls and consumes your dishonest hearts and strips you of all that you have amassed yourselves to be. Heroes? Heroes tell the truth. Heroes go out there and do the job and put themselves in harms way- not bringing unjust harm and crime as a person of power sees fit.
I see nothing but despicable and atrocious, undisciplined men running a city as it were their own. Your plundering days will come to end, in my generation, or the next. Mark these words, for the truth resonates loudly in the hearts of honest men. And as flawed as I am, I am still an honest man to my peers and my fellow Americans. I am far from a perfect being in a far from perfect world, but what I am not is a man to be walked on and taken advantage of.
In the same year this police officer stole from me, he also was awarded Officer of the Year. And a military veteran who served the country I love, turned his back on justice and lied in a police report that has negatively affected me.
While these are true, they are but whispers in a loud room. It seems taking down corruption is no longer a priority among our law enforcement. Upon realizing this, my heart bleeds. It's not so much that I was wronged. True, having a few hundred dollars stolen and then a year or so later having false accusations included in a report about me both don't settle well with me, nor does it bring me any justice whatsoever; rather, the fact that these so called upright men are getting paid to do it over and over again, or at least are free and unpunished to do it again is truly what withers my soul.
Apparently, all the patriots are dead and gone. There seems to be none among you willing to give this the attention it merits, and in so doing, you ensure that it is likely to happen to others.
The lying, the cheating, and the stealing must come to an end eventually. Not in my case, but the physical brutality of like minded men must also stop. These corrupted men must answer for their actions and be stopped eventually. Copblock is good start, but they seem biased (even though they are a noteworthy cause). The GBI is silent to me. The D.A. encourages their behavior to get convictions. Apparently, "get tougher on crime" means become a criminal oneself. Is that the kind of America you want to live in? To know that the power is given to the most corrupted men in uniform just makes me remorseful for taking this path in life and not one that could have helped prevent these powers from amassing as such. For if it is not stopped soon and reprimand given, I don't see anything but a civil war on the horizon... a war of Freedom versus Tyranny. And if you will not take up sides in this fight that I am neck deep in now, what side will you choose when it's your child? What about when it's your character being falsified in the name of justice? What about when it's your freedoms at stake? Will you then take heed or will you submit to a uniformed master that has overstepped his bounds? Will you submit to force or fight for your freedom?
I have a talent, or a knack if you want to not address my writing for what it is- a calling out of treachery. My fight is in the pen apparently. I have not gun nor sword nor knife.
I have the truth.
I have reality on my side.
And one day, either in this generation, or the next, I WILL have the people on my side. I already have truth and reality; therefore, it will only be a matter of time before you lose your corrupted power and answer for your crimes.
Here I stand before you a humbled man, but a man that is in full awareness of what is just and what is criminal. These men deserve to be stripped of their ranks and possibly imprisoned. And I will not stop speaking of these moral and criminal blunders of Woodstock (and others) Law Enforcement. Until they put a bullet in me to silence the negative attention that they deserve or discipline is given to these men, I will not stop until I am heard by the right person listening.
Long live the U.S. Constitution and long live Freedom and Justice FOR ALL... not just the citizens... BUT FOR ALL! Accountability shouldn't ever, EVER be a one way street.
