^^yeah, that's what it looks like. a place for students that can't attend to gather and watch games out on the lawn. pretty good idea imo.

could probably have random highlights or replays, etc playing other times. could also have other acc games playing when state isn't on, etc. tons of possibilities

The entire idea of a student center is to be a central place on campus to get some food, hang out, play some arcade games or xbox, seek out a sex partner, sling some ya-yo, waste time, play magic the gathering, watch television, hold a rally for an obsolete and worthless cause, use the bathroom, buy some overpriced convenience store goods, play an instrument horribly, and other things that could have been accomplished in other buildings on campus but will now all occur in one location.

The lack of a bar and dance club is agonizing.

Bookstore was a great piece of modernist architecture from the outside. It was shit on the inside. I'm more than a little angry that they couldn't have at least kept the folded-plane canopy from the front sidewalk though--that thing was the most distinctive feature and, if I'm not mistaken, self-supporting.

That and the fact that they tore out the courtyard behind Talley make me really not care about the new and "improved" version. The old courtyard with the oaks, japanese maples, and fountain was one of my favorite spots on campus.
