^^^ Right. The Blvd is usually located in black neighborhoods where the people will throw the word "civil rights" and "racism" down quicker than they could down a bucket a Church's Fried Chicken. They Blvds are usually located in areas that don't exemplify what MLK is all about, but rather use some of his ideas in order to push their own agenda onto others or blame others for their own problems.

but in wilmington, the smith creek parkway, in planning for like 10 years and 95% completed got renamed for MLK, jr. its annoying. there's not even any run down black neighborhoods on smith creek parkway

West Mount Airy in Philly. There is no MLK Jr. Blvd. There is however one near a park that is not long at all, but it looks like it's in a rhich white neighborhood or maybe a ghetto. Hard to tell.
