How do how equate completing a full cleaning service 3 times compared to only once? Changing the bedding alone is a bitch. There are like 8 items of bed shit to replace.

I got drunk as hell in San Diego one night. In my drunken slumber I thought I was opening the door to the bathroom and walked right into the hallway. Kind of sobered me up when my room door slammed shut behind me. Luckily I was in my boxers but still had to take the elevator down to the lobby, explain to the guy working the front desk, and get a new key.

I once got locked out of my room without my contacts or glasses on (fully clothed). That was hell. It was one of those old hotels with strange, winding hallways and I got so lost trying to find a way to the stairs to get to the lobby

Does anyone leave a tip after your stay? I've never done it, or seen anyone else, until a colleague of mine did after a stay. He said he used to work at a hotel, and people are supposed to tip. If so, is this a percentage thing? 5 bucks? $20?? (sadly, I still don't tip)

I don't tip all the time, but if I'm at a nicer place where the maids really do a lot I tip. I generally leave $5 on the table, I have no idea if that's a shitty tip.

^^you mean leaving a tip for the maids? sometimes, but not always. Depends on how long my stay is/how much cleaning is needed. A lot of times for work I'll only be in a hotel room for one night. In which case I wouldn't leave a tip. If I'm there 3 or so days, then yeah I'll probably leave a few bucks.
