I never thought I'd say this, but we really need to create some new criminal charges.

Saieed has three "assault on a female" charges on his record, which suggests some domestic spat, not the fact that he was trying to snatch strangers into the bushes on their way to work in the morning.

There should be an "assault on a complete/total stranger at night and/or when no one else was around" charge. It could still be a misdemeanor, fine, but at least it wouldn't get mixed up with the guy who grabbed his wife arm during an argument.

(So it looks like some of those assaults on a female are related to domestic violence, not attempted rapes.)
