I try to meditate every day...it takes my mind off my hateful, hopeless existence
seriously, though, I do find that meditation calms me and gives me different perspective on life (although that fades after a few minutes)
mainly I do it because it's supposed to be really good for your brain, and senility/craziness runs in my family so I want to put off my Alzheimer's for as long as possible 7/8/2012 7:37:09 PM |
