Hello folks....
Because I am getting married in September, I am moving out of my condo pretty soon here. I am looking for someone to take my spot as a favor to my landlord (who is great!)...
The condo is located on Avent Ferry Road in the Avery Close apartment complex. Some info on the place:
- 2 level
- 2 full bedrooms (carpeted)
- 2 1/2 baths (1 per bedroom, and 1/2 bath downstairs)
- Kitchen complete with refrigerator, microwave, oven, pantry
- FULLY FURNISHED (2 couches in good condition, kitchen table, dressers, etc...) (And yes, beds are included with the apartment, however, you can bring your own bed and use it in place of the supplied beds)
- Within comfortable walking distance of NC State Centennial Campus and has bus stops right in front of complex (perfect for college students)
- Back balcony
- Home warranty (Should anything ever go wrong with the place, a home warranty company comes out and fixes it, and you pay them $50 dollars for the visit, and that is actually deducted from your rent. TRUST ME, this is a lifesaver!)
