Anyone here had any experience renting from Barker Realty? I'm looking at a property they own and have read some bad and good reviews online.

i had a bad experience with them.. several issues they wouldn't fix, then they screwed us out of our deposit at move out.

fuck, my wife just reminded me of the #1 worst absolute dogshit behavior this company pulled on us...

6 months into the lease, they start showing the place...everyday...with a few hours notice. Finally we were like if you don't give us 24 hours we're not letting anyone in. So then it was every 24 hours...

this went on forever it seemed. if you appreciate your privacy and free time, you do not want to use them.
