Selling my work truck because the transmission is acting up and I bought a new work vehicle.
The tran (auto) does not R nor does it come out of second, it just tachs up around 35mph. I had the owner of a truck shop tell me to drop the tran pan and change the shift celnoids...but I didn't feel like it. Its shity with a ton of miles >250K (suspect of a rebuit engine though).

V8 5.7 350hp
10-15 MPG
Tu-tone white bed black cab
Drivers door doesn't shut but will with a little muscle
Ran fine for two years, did everything I could have asked for...this was my first truck--loved it really
Its dirty and beat to hell

If it is registered to you in NC you can just meet the buyer at the DMV fill out the lost title app, and the title transfer on the same form.

I did this a couple of months ago and it worked like a charm, I paid the lost title fee, the buyer paid all the other fees. He got the title in the mail in a few weeks.

I actually saw it in person and my housemate wanted to buy it. We made a deal at $250 and then he couldn't find the title.

This truck is a wreck. It looks like shit, doesn't really run (took 20 minutes before we could even get the engine to turn over), and has about everything you could possibly think of cosmetically wrong with it. Our primary worry was that the door handles were broken off, the keyholes were all fucked up, it looked like the truck was stolen. Without a legit title, there was just no way we were going to TOUCH this thing. Everything about the deal was just too damned shady.

^^Without a title nobody will be buying it, because otherwise they won't OWN it. If its legitimately in your name you can go to the DMV and get a replacement title.
