Because making fun of internet videos is such a bold and new idea...

Both shows are rather easy to produce. You take videos off the internet that are already humorous, then add a joke or two afterward. Tosh is obviously the better fit because he's a professional comedian, but it's not like either of these shows are innovative in the least.

Anything that allows me a way to watch others hurt/embarrass/shame themselves is fine by me. Tosh.O, Ridiculousness, Pranked, America's Funniest Home Videos, Best Week Ever, Talk Soup, etc..
