i hope for your sake that its a good band

but honestly, no matter how bad the HS band...its always great to live near a high school on game night with the band playin and the field lights in the distance

I work 1/4 mile from a high school (not my alma mater), and its a good feeling to hear them outside practicing in the afternoons

It's probably because I went to Cary High, but the LAST image that's conjured when hearing the Battery is a lame-ass Friday night football game. Those were just warm-ups for our competitions the next day.

I used to see the lights from the field from my back yard @Cary High hearing the crowd and the announcer always got me excited about football season
