Lesbians are the group with the lowest risk for HIV infection IIRC. I think in the beginning of the AIDS epidemic the lesbians who caught it had sex with gay/bi men.

Your odds of getting full blown AIDS are almost zero if you are not any of the following and don't bang any of the following:

-gay male
-prostitute
-IV drug user
-from a country with a major incidence of HIV



Hell, you could probably hetero-bang (vaginally) someone with HIV without a condom, and have good odds of not catching it. I wouldn't try it, but I don't wrap it up because I'm all that scared of AIDS. I'm scared of babies and herpes.
