I've just recently acquired an Xbox 360 (had one years ago, was stolen, a friend gave me this 20GB one). I re-enabled my account, and have had Gold for a month.

I just moved across the US and when I hooked up the 360 tonight, I attempted to enable cloud storage.

After a few minutes, I was greeted with this message:

"Sorry Cloud storage isn't available - Status 0x807b0198"


I've tried numerous times to no avail. I've hooked up the 360 hard-wired to the network.

Any help?

maybe try making this thread one more time, see if that solves it
