Boobs, I don't understand, "wrong direction".

Our last two seasons have been two of the best we've had in quite some time. 9-4 and 8-5, with two bowl wins. That's the wrong direction? I don't get it man.

we're going to end up 6-6 this year with a crappy bowl game, are you excited? Russell Wilson made TOB just as Rivers made Amato. We had 2 once in a decade talents overshadow the ineptitude of the coaching staffs and their inability to establish a sustainable winning program.

we're in neutral and take away RW, he's had 1 good year.

woohoo 28-23 as of the end of last season with 6 of those wins against FCS opponents

so FBS record of 22-23

I do see him building the program from what it was, yes. And while I'm not extremely optimistic about it, I could see us playing for an ACC championship. I only see him being around for a few more years before he retires anyway, and I think he'll leave a solid, well-disciplined foundation with depth for our next coach.

if you include this year, he is 24-24

I guess I can understand someone not drinking the TOB koolaid and being disappointed with the recruiting but how can you hate TOB? He beats UNC, runs a clean program, and wins bowl games. More that you can say for the 15 years before he showed up (minus 2002).

I believe that TOB has improved our program from the mess that Amato left. We were a 3 win team Amato's last year for Christ's sakes, with losses to ECU, Wake, and UNC that year. TOB has methodically built up the team's depth, and has gradually put better coaches around himself. With that said, we will likely plateau at around 7-8 wins per year, with a 9 win season highlighting his tenure at NCSU. TOB knows how to coach up a player, but we all wish he was coaching up 4* and 5* guys rather than 2* and 3* guys. TOB ='s Herb in many ways, but I am okay with that for right now. Let us build up to consistentcy first, and TOB will do just that.
