Yes.

- With great players and athletes, can you have really good teams and win conference championships?

Yes (although wasn't that conference crown stripped because they cheated??).

- If you have at least two weeks to prepare for that offense, is it pretty simple to shut down?

- Is it tough to recruit well to this offense because high school players aren't stupid and know that it's a horrible way to prepare you to make it to the NFL.

Paul Johnson's best results were with Gailey's recruits. Now that his guys are in place, it's proven that he can't consistently recruit and therefore compete against decent BCS competition. The experiment is over. Time to go back to an armed forces school and get a bunch of white boys to give you 110% and 7 win seasons.

first of all, this is about someone being butthurt after the miami loss and not liking me insulting archer and tenuta.

second of all, no I did not go to State. my brother went to NCSU while I was in the Navy. I attended every football and basketball game I could during the 2 1/2 years I was stationed in virginia beach (often taking leave on weekends I had duty). I cheer for NC State above every team (except Navy), including Georgia Tech.

finally, I do not defend that shitshow they call defense at Georgia Tech. it's horrendous. and for that, Johnson has to answer.

Even though TOB hasnt been that impressive I do think the criticism of CPJ (cant recruit bcs talent to play a triple option) seems to be right, he hasnt done much of anything without gaileys recruits. we shall see, for now I think TOB may leave our program in better shape than CPJ will leave ga tech
