1930s Cottage Style House for Sale in awesome neighborhood, walking distance from NC State's main campus, College of Design and Pullen Park. Very close to Centennial Campus and convenient to downtown Raleigh.

1200 Square Feet, 3 bedrooms/2-bath; interior has been renovated and is in good shape, however roof, siding and landscaping needs some descent work. All electrical, water and sewer has been replaced and brought up to code. Walk-up attic; spacious backyard. New oven, dishwasher and fairly new washer/dryer. Owned by professor for 7 years as a rental; looking to keep in the NC State family. Most neighbors are professors, students and young professionals.

Also has vacant lot attached; enough room and street frontage to build up to approximately 2500sf. Looking to sell in the low 200s. PM me if you are interested.

Those photos are amazing, they really paint a vivid picture of the home you are trying to sell.

I was right,

I like that subdivision, drove through there out of curiousity, there is a lot of hippies in there. Has a lot of character and its well placed for a possible major transformation of the area around Dorothea Dix over the coming years. Could be a shrewd investment if you could buy it for the right price.

Actually, that ad was for a different house which was 2 bdrms. We have several properties in Raleigh. If your in the market for a house and the vacant lot is of interest let me know.

Good Lord. You post again in the thread but STILL dont mention an address.

Please tell me you're not in business/marketing as a career.

I am always interested in more rental properties, but I need an address, so I can make a decision.

sketchy that the guy doesnt even give an address ... obviously doesn't want the power of TWW to expose his scam.

buyer beware
