My 03 taurus had a misfire since yesterday. I try jump starts several times but it doesn't work. I left my trunk open overnight the day before yesterday. So I highly doubt the battery is dead b/c of this. However, now I think it may be the problem of the starter.
What do you guys think?

check your blinker fluid. Sounds just like a low blinker fluid problem.

It's not your starter; probably the flux capacitor. And you're gonna need a left-handed monkey wrench to change it, and those things are expensive. Might as well pick up 10' of shoreline and replace that while you're at it.

sounds like early stages of crankwalk - replace the thrust bearings immediately!

You could recharge your AC.

That might help.
