Most of the polls I've seen for MD have it winning by a little, but I saw one poll out more recently than the others that had it losing by 1 point (obviously within the margin), but it didn't use the same wording as the actual referendum. So who knows.

I'm feeling like marriage equality will probably pass in Washington state and Maine (most of New England has already done it so why not?), but I also think the marriage discrimination amendment will probably pass in Minnesota (like amendment 1 did here). Maryland seems like its most on the fence of all 4 states with marriage on the ballot this fall.

Odd. It was passed by the Maryland General Assembly some time ago... Seems like a no-brainer to almost everyone in the state. It's weird that the polls show it's so close.
