The candidate who is is closest to the 44th parallel when a guy named Stan in Iowa needs to get his 4th haircut of the year always wins if it was cold on Tuesday and Stan saw a Dr. Pepper commercial but the commercial was viewed in full and not briefly viewed while changing channels on TVs over 37inches with a physical depth less than 4 inches that have silver bezels but now black bezels and the TV faces to the east. Rule does not apply if Stan had Cheerios.

^ Romney flip flopped... Ron Paul did not for the most part... I didn't agree with Ron Paul on some things but on fiscal issues he was spot on I thought about the military spending and other spending and how its not sustainable
