Although Craig is most probably not that dude's real name, it is not completely out of the realm possibility. He could be an Indian Christian.
Is Craig in the Bible? If not, then I don't think there is an Indian in India with that name. Indian Christians are all about names from the Bible. All the Indian Christians I have ever met have been:
Joseph John Peter Mark Mathew Bobby 11/5/2012 5:09:51 AM

We have people in China and Japan. I gotta respect the Japanese. My man Akira Izumi won't pretend his name is Craig. He has self-respect, and therefore I respect him. 11/5/2012 9:08:26 PM

Small chance of his actual name being Craig. It usually is more of a company policy where they prefer you to have an American name so Americans don't waste time trying to pronounce it right. Indian languages have sounds that most Americans will not be able to pronounce. The same goes for Chinese people. Unless you speak the language well, most sounds are very hard to reproduce. Call centers are rated on the amount of time taken per call. They do this to minimize the time spent per call. However on internet chat it seems kinda unnecessary. 11/6/2012 1:34:17 AM

It's used to make us Amurikanners feel more comfortable, our parent company prefers the phillipines and malaysia so we usually get outsourced help from people who are barely english speakers like Kay Sitchakarasti or Sharon Kilishanrhdhcydjskskrhbttbsywgwfqodkrbbdbd
