Proposed rules. V1.0
5 rules and one grand finale requirement:

Drink 1 every time they say precinct
Drink 1 every time you see a dumbass in the back ground of a live report from a poll site
Drink 2 if the anchor says exactly "we can now report"
Drink 1 every time someone speculates on there being an electoral tie
Drink 3 when you see a black panther

The finale
If you voted for Romney and Obama wins, divide your remaining drink with every one in the room
If you voted for Obama and Romney wins, drink 1 for everyone in the room.
